Council Agenda

Regular meetings of City Council will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month and also on the third Monday of June and August.  Caucus meetings will be held on the third Monday of all months except June and August.  Meetings are open to the public.  The purpose of the caucus meetings is discussing Committee updates, and to conduct in-depth discussions and information-gathering relative to important City issues.  Ordinances may receive their first reading at Caucus Meetings, but voting on ordinances, municipal orders, resolutions and/or motions shall not be taken at Caucus Meetings unless the issue has been placed on the agenda of that meeting in advance.  All meetings will be held at the City Building at 2355 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.  Should any meeting night fall on a holiday, then that particular meeting shall not be held.  Public notice is given of Public Hearings, Special Meetings, Committee Meetings and / or any cancellations.  A preliminary agenda will be posted below for regular meetings.  Late changes may be made to the agenda and items may be added at the meeting.  If you have a question about the agenda, the City Clerk can be contacted by calling (859) 331-1212, ext. 204.

Please note that minutes are not posted until they are approved at a subsequent meeting. As with any records, if you don't find what you are looking for on the website, you can stop by the city building to request a copy or simply call or email the city clerk. If the minutes you need have been approved but are not yet or no longer posted on this page, you can make a records request at the city building or the city clerk may be able to simply email you a copy. City Council meets regularly on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
