Where are the City Parks located?
General Ormsby Mitchel Park is located at 261 Grandview Drive. (Grandview runs parallel to I-75, this is the street "Better Bodies" is on. From Beechwood Road at the I-75 underpass, turn onto Grandview, follow up the hill and around the bend, the park is on the left.) The park fountains and bathrooms are operational on a seasonal basis only; an appointment is scheduled to turn the water on and off and do necessary maintenance to avoid the threat of freezing lines.
Crescent Park is a smaller neighborhood park located at 2550 Avon Drive. From Buttermilk turn at the light by the BP onto Avon (this is the intersection on Buttermilk in front of the Drawbridge Inn.) The park is on the right. There is a play structure and benches at this park (but no bathroom).
Iris Road Park, a smaller neighborhood park, is located in "Old Fort Mitchell" off of Fort Mitchell Avenue. This park has a basketball court. |

You will need to contact the Kenton County Treasurer's Office at (859) 392-1440 for a city/county application. The appropriate forms can also be downloaded from their website http://www.kentoncounty.org/. |

Bavarian Trucking - call City Building for trash collection schedule (will pick up all holidays except Christmas & New Years Day.)
Recycling is collected on the second day of your trash collection. |
